Terms of Service
Below is the terms of service for fursuit commissions. These terms are in place not only to protect myself, but you as the client. By commissioning you agree to the terms of service and all that is entailed. Violation of the terms of service will result in a cancellation of the commission and an appropriate refund.
Age Restriction
Ѽ Clients must be 18 years of age or older. There are no exceptions.
Ѽ Parents may commission a suit for their children, however; communication will only be facilitated with the parents/ legal adult.
Quotes and Commissions
Ѽ Quotes are valid for one commission opening unless otherwise stated.
Ѽ A quote does not equal acceptance into the next queue. It is just a price for your specific project.
Ѽ Prospective clients are more than welcome to offer more than they are quoted to gain acceptance into the queue.
Ѽ Quotes require a minimum 2 sided reference sheet with no shading.
Communication
Ѽ Communication must be done through Telegram. (This helps me keep track of clients and makes it easier to reach me).
Ѽ WIPS will be provided when available and upon request. They will also be shared on social medias and through the WIP channel on Telegram.
Ѽ Project on the commission ceases until feedback is provided for questions or WIPS.
Ѽ Communication is to remain safe for work unless the commission has not safe for work attachments such has special zippers.
Payment
Ѽ Payment is taken through Paypal only at this time.
Ѽ Friends and Family will not be accepted for any project.
Ѽ The client is responsible for fees on Paypal transactions.
Ѽ Client is responsible for covering shipping costs and any duties associated with shipping.
Ѽ A 40% down payment is required to be accepted into the queue. This is non-refundable and must be obtained in order to order materials and start work.
Ѽ Suits must be 100% paid off and shipping must be paid in order for the commission to be shipped and marked as completed. There are 0 exceptions.
Ѽ Refunds are available depending on how much of the project is completed.
Ѽ Payment plans are available, however; they must be no longer than 3 months. Otherwise there will be a 20% storage fee added to the commission price.
Duct Tape Dummy
Ѽ Please follow the below instructions if your commission requires a duct tape dummy!
Ѽ Start at the pelvis when taping, this will get an accurate crotch for your suit. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.
Ѽ Make sure your arms are forming an A shape (angled slightly down). Be sure to stand with your legs shoulder width apart.
Ѽ Tape your heel, this ensures the legs are long enough as feet come attached to the body!
Ѽ Make sure to tape as close to your body as possible.
Ѽ Please send a tracing of your hand and foot so I may size the paws accordingly.
Ѽ Make sure to tape in a crossed pattern. Straight lines will leave vulnerabilities in the dummy, that may cause it to burst open when stuffed.
Ѽ Leave the zipper exposed when taping. This will make it easier to get out of the suit and easier for me to stuff your dummy.
Design Changes
Ѽ Small design changes are permitted throughout the project, so long as the piece has not been started.
Ѽ Color changes are not available unless I have the color on hand. I will send the furs I am picking out for your suit prior to ordering them. If the fur needs to be reordered there will be a fee to cover the new fur and shipping. This WILL delay the commission.
Ѽ Design changes after a part has been completed will result in a fee.
Warranty
Ѽ Each suit comes with a 3 month warranty.
Ѽ Buyer covers shipping for any warranty fixes.
Ѽ Each suit comes with a catastrophic warranty. This can be used in instances where the suit is totally destroyed and can no longer be worn. This warranty can be claimed if the owner presents the hand stitched heart placed in each and every head I make. This heart gives you 50% off the refurb of your suit.
Ѽ Suits used for NSFW activities will void this warranty. I will however walk you through the process of fixing your suit yourself.
Ѽ If we happen to be at the same con and you run into an emergency or accident with your suit please reach out and I will do my best to help fix the issue.
Ѽ Suits with hidden zippers do not qualify for this warranty automatically.
Ѽ Suits can always be sent back for a deep clean as long as they are not used for nsfw activities/lack hidden zippers. Buyer pays shipping both ways for this.
Disclaimers
Ѽ I work in a house with cats. I do my best to keep them out of my studio but sometimes they sneak their way in.
Ѽ Body suits are washed before being sent home.
Ѽ While suits usually have a 1-2 month turn around time, life happens. If a situation were to arise commissioners would be made aware as soon as possible. Any payment plans that spanned over 3 months would have the 20% surcharge removed from their invoice.
Ѽ I work Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm est. Please feel free to message me anytime. Saturdays and Sundays I take to spend with my wife and may not answer messages until the following Monday.
